We don't collect anything about you.
That is not a figure of speech. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking. The numbers you type into the calculator never leave your browser. Below is the detail, including how the site is hosted.
The calculator
Everything you enter — revenue, margin, client concentration, all of it — is processed entirely inside your own browser. None of it is transmitted to us or to anyone else. There is no server receiving it, because there is no server involved at all. Close the tab and it is gone.
It does not ask for an email address, and nothing is held back behind one. The benchmark comparison shows automatically alongside the rest of the output. No field on this site asks who you are, and nothing on it submits anywhere.
An earlier version of the calculator did ask for an email before showing the comparison, and discarded it in the browser without ever transmitting it. That field is gone: asking implies you will hear from us, and we would rather not imply something we are not doing. If any of this changes, this page changes first, and the date above will tell you when.
Hosting
This site is served by Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information needed to deliver a page and to defend against attacks — including your IP address, browser type, and which page you requested. We do not receive reports built from that data, and we have no analytics layered on top of it. Cloudflare's handling is governed by its own privacy policy.
Fonts
Fonts are bundled with this site and served from the same origin. Loading a page does not make a request to Google Fonts or another font host.
Links to other sites
The essays link to published research and industry sources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we have no control over and no visibility into what they do. Nothing is shared with them unless you click through.
If you email us
Writing to hello@kedgeos.com means we have whatever you chose to put in the email. Mail is routed through Cloudflare to a Google Workspace inbox. We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share it. Ask us to delete an exchange and we will.
Children
This site is aimed at people who own or operate managed service providers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone — a claim that is easy to make here, given we do not knowingly collect information from anyone at all.
Your rights
Regimes like the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal information a company holds about you. We hold none from your use of this site, so there is nothing to produce or erase. For email correspondence, write to us and we will act on any request.
Changes
If this site starts collecting anything — a real waitlist, analytics, a login — this page will be updated before that ships, not after. The date at the top is how you check.
